Shots fired during Frayser robbery

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police are searching for two men who held up a convenience store in Frayser overnight.

Police say the men were wearing masks when they came into the Delta Express Market at Overton Crossing and Whitney around 11:45 p.m. Thursday.

Police say one of the men pulled out a gun and started shooting, injuring the store clerk.

Police say he was only grazed by a bullet and was treated at the scene.

Police are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call Crime Stoppers at (901) 528-CASH.
