Jones files complaint against Shelby County Election Commission

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A candidate for the Shelby County Commission, who lost by just 26-votes, says the Election Commission broke the law.

WREG was first to obtain a complaint Martavious Jones filed in federal court.

Jones claims at least four election laws were broken in his race alone.

His complaint focuses on voting machines at the Rozelle Elementary precinct.

Jones claims the results from three of them were tainted, affecting more than a hundred votes.

He says the tally tapes disappeared, or were flat out wrong.

The Election Commission admits its workers made a mistake in this race, but the commission says every vote was counted electronically.

Jones said this is a pattern, and he wants the U.S. Attorney to step in.

irs emails disappeared to but no one seems overly interested in finding out about that, illegals the prez of the usa provided the method of getting in here, spending more than available, not paying the school tab then allowing it to fold before the feds were going to take it over, not to mention a limp mayor of the city who apparently takes his cue from dc……you lost, get over it, go find another victim & haunt them
