FedEx plane makes emergency landing in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A FedEx plane made an emergency landing in Nashville early Wednesday after the pilot reported smoke in the cockpit.

According to WTVF, the plane left Memphis International Airport just before 4 a.m. bound for Manchester, New Hampshire.

A short time later, the pilot reported the smoke and the flight was diverted to Nashville.

The plane landed safely just before 5 a.m.

There were no injuries.
