MEMPHIS, Tenn – Sedrick Clayton was found guilty early Saturday afternoon on three counts of first-degree murder.

He was convicted of murdering his girlfriend and her parents.

Clayton was also convicted of one count of attempted murder, use and possession of firearm during a dangerous offense and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The sentencing phase of the trial has begun.
