i only like white owned barbecue restaurants that employ white cooks ! the blacks overcook it and like it too greasy with loads of fat and grizzle and they never wash their hands after using the restroom ! the white owned places cook it just right with no fat and its so good i never use any sauce ! just meat bun and slaw !
