MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A fallen tree blocked a road in a Memphis community for four days.

We wanted to get to the bottom of who is responsible for what, when it comes to cleaning up storm debris.

    Of course it be the citys responsebilities. That be what we be payen taxes for. They should come pick up all the trash in the neigborhoods too, it be disgusting

    I got bags of trash been sitting out on my curb, that Allied, whom we pay faithfully, has been promising to pick-up for 2 months now. Calls to customer service have been useless.
