(Memphis) Two workers were rescued from scaffolding near the top of a high-rise building downtown Tuesday morning.

The men were trying to descend when the scaffold’s safety motor malfunctioned, dropping one end of the scaffolding.

Both workers were wearing harnesses attached to safety ropes.

They managed to break a window and entered the building’s 28th floor.

No one was hurt.

The building is located at 8 N. Third Street.
