(Nashville, TN) A former employee of a Nashville Swingers club says he wasn’t paid properly and was asked to work for free.

Joshua Gulden filed a lawsuit in U.S District Court against Menages, described as a private swingers club, where he worked from May 2013 to February 2014.

Primarily, Gulden was a valet but also took out trash and ran errands for club members.

Gulden said he worked 26 hours a week but was also required to sometimes come in 1.5 hours early and work 9.5 hours for ‘Gangbang Wednesday’ events for which he was not paid.

His lawsuit also alleges he was allowed to split tips with another employee and was required to pay the club $50 a week for insurance under which he was not covered.

Gulden wants back pay and for the court to find the club violated federal labor laws.
