(WREG-TV) When we talk about domestic violence, many of us think of something that happens at home behind closed doors.

That however is not always the case.

Domestic violence has become an increasing problem at the workplace, with some mass shootings even resulting from it.

Sheila Bramlitt is the First Tennessee Bank Security Chief and Deborah Clubb with the Memphis Area Women's Council.

Both women joined us to talk about solutions to the problem.
