(WREG) General Motors has expanded its ignition switch recall which now totals nearly a million vehicles worldwide.

GM now says it will now replace the faulty parts on all model years of the Chevy Cobalt, HHR, Pontiac G-5, Solstice, Saturn Ion and Sky.

The Company expanded the recall after admitting to selling faulty parts to dealers who may have installed them in some vehicles.
