For millions of Americans with Celiac Disease, even the tiniest amount of gluten can make them really sick.

Many who aren't allergic to the wheat protein have jumped on the gluten-free bandwagon, too.

Corn is naturally gluten free except Kroger Corn Flakes (as well as Kellogg’s and others)have gluten. The third ingredient listed is malt flavoring which is gluten how did the specialist not know this. As someone with Celiac’s Disease who knows this you may have just informed someone else who is less informed about their disease that they can have regular corn flakes which will make them sick.
