(Memphis) A candidate removed from Shelby County ballots has been put back on the ballot.

Edith Ann Moore filed a lawsuit after she was denied a position on the ballot for the District 6 Shelby County Commission seat.

Neighbors said Moore did not live at the address which she gave to qualify.

An investigator for the District Attorney’s Office agreed Moore did not live at the home.

Today, Chancellor Arnold Goldin ordered Moore be returned to the ballot, the reason is not clear.
