(City of Industry, CA) More than a 42,000 pounds of honey created made a slow commute just outside Los Angeles.

A big rig jackknifed on the 605 closing four lanes of an already congested freeway.

There was a mile long backup of cars.

Highway workers, a tow truck crew and a hazardous materials crew helped to clear the mess, which also included diesel fuel.

The freeway opened after about three hours.
