Four Attacked In Violent Attempted Robbery

(Memphis) Four people were attacked early Thursday morning in a Memphis apartment complex.

Police were called to the Camelot Manor Apartments in the Parkway Village area around 2 a.m. after they received reports of shots fired in the complex.

When police arrived, they found four people who were hurt.

Two of the injured were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Police arrested four people, but so far no charges have been filed.

At first, officers thought the men were attacked with a machete, but now say they were hit with a handgun and shotgun.

The four victims were all taken to the hospital, and are expected to recovery from their injuries.
