Tigers Survive Scare From UCF

Orlando, FL-Tigers guard Joe Jackson scored 17 points to lead 22nd ranked Memphis to a 69-59 win at Central Florida on Wednesday.

Jackson’s night moved him into tenth place on the U-of-M’s all-time scoring list.

The Tigers got double figures from each of its four senior guards with Chris Crawford and Michael Dixon contributing 12 points apiece.

The Tigers are now 16-4 overall, 6-2 in the American Conference.  Memphis plays at SMU on Saturday.
