MPD Officer Arrested For Domestic Violence

(Memphis) A Memphis police officer was arrested Tuesday after police were called for a domestic disturbance.

Police were called to the 600 block of New York.

Officers determined Eric Lee, 45, was the primary aggressor in the incident.

Lee was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault.

Eric Lee is a Memphis Police officer currently assigned to South Main Station and has been relieved of duty with pay.

He has been employed with the department since February 2009.
