The country's first Twibel case is being heard in a U.S. courtroom.

A handful of lawsuits have been filed before, but for the first time, one is going to trial.

It involves singer Courtney Love tweeting that her former attorney had been, quote, "bought off" when she refused to help Love on a particular court case.
