Warren Buffett and Quicken Loans are partnering to give $1 billion to anyone who fills out a perfect bracket for this year’s NCAA men’s basketball tournament.

If you win, you’ll get 40 annual installments of $25 million or you can take a lump sum of $500 million.

Your chances of winning are about 1 in 9.2 quintillion.
