(Memphis) Two people are behind bars, accused of breaking into the home of an elderly man who passed away the day after Christmas.

Keith Wright, 28, and Jonnathan Wright, 19, were both arrested Thursday after police say they were caught coming out of the man's home through a door that had been pried open.

People living along Simpson Avenue in South Memphis say they knew something was wrong when they saw two men walking behind the home and called police.

They say last week another person was arrested after they broke into the home.

"Who does that? How cold can you be? Someone has passed, hasn’t even been buried for them to break into the home," said a neighbor.

The man's funeral is Saturday.

Wright and Ford are set to go before a judge next Friday.
