Memphis Teen Says She Got Away From Kidnapper Who Wanted To Rape And Kill Her

(Memphis) A 14-year-old girl says she was kidnapped on her way home from school and that she smashed a beer bottle on her abductor’s head to get away.

The girl told WREG a man threw her into his black Mustang near Kingsbury High and tied her hands together with wire.

“He was going to rape me or kill me or something. He said, ‘I’m going to have fun with you first, and then I’m going to see where I can throw you,’” the girl said.

She knocked him out, and then ran to her godmother’s home on Graham.

“When he said that, I was like I am gone now, but then thanks to Jesus, he stopped and I saw a bottle,” she said. “He had beer in his truck, so I got a bottle and hit him in his head. That’s how I got out”

Her family friend Brayan Ramero was playing soccer nearby.

“There was a Mustang going around and around slow. It kept stopping at places like right here,” said Ramero while standing next to the home.

A few minutes later, a sound scared him.

“We just heard screaming,” said Ramero.

The kidnapper is still on the streets and officers are determined to find him.

The girl is back home with her family safe and sound, and thankful she got away.

“Thank goodness I’m OK,” said the girl.

She says the kidnapper hurt her back when he threw her into the car, and is in extreme pain tonight.

I know the girl personally and it’s sad that all y’all people have to say is negative stuff. I am sure if it was your kids you wouldn’t want people making ugly and rude comment about something so traffic. If your parents taught you anything good in life I am sure one of them was if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. The thing y’all should be focused on is that there is a pig out there trying to get this little girl and she fought back to save her life and only God know how things happened where she was able to escape unharmed. I am sure so many things were going though her head at that time and I applaud her courage of standing in front of a camera and giving her story to prevent it from happening to other kids and all y’all can do is judge her. Prayers to her and her family

IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT ALL YOU GET IS NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM ADULTS? I GUESS IF IT HAPPEN TO YOUR CHILD/RELATIVE, IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT. TRY FOCUSING THAT ENERGY ON PRAYER, THAT THEY FIND THE LOW LIFE BEFORE HE DO IT AGAIN. BECAUSE IF HE DOES HE MIGHT SUCCEED AND IT MIGHT JUST BE ONE OF YOURS. I THINK MEMPHIS FINEST AND THE NEWS MEDIA, IS DOING THEIR VERY BEST. TO CATCH THIS PERVERT. VANESSA YOU SAID A MOUTH FULL.
