(Memphis) A Memphis Police Officer has been arrested and charged after allegedly breaking in on his ex-girlfriend.
Memphis police say 33-year-old James Valentine used a spare key he never returned to enter his ex-girlfriends house.
Valentine was armed with a handgun when he ordered a male occupant to "get up and get out" according to an affidavit.
Valentine is charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of Aggravated Burglary. He is relieved of duty pending the outcome of an administrative investigation.

Too many dirty cops protecting Memphis. No wonder Shelby County has the most concealed carry permit holders than any other part of the state.
