Knowledge Quest, a non-profit organization serving young people in South Memphis, is holding a fundraising dinner for its Jay Uiberall Culinary Academy.

The dinner will be held on Tuesday, November 12th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Knowledge Quest’s location at 990 College Park.

The dinner will feature celebrity chef Erling Jensen and will be emceed by News Channel 3’s Markova Reed.

Tickets are $75 a piece. A table sponsorship is $750.
