Meth Lab Caused House Fire That Sent 3-Year-Old To LeBonheur

(Memphis) While responding to a fire call, the Memphis firefighters discovered a makeshift meth lab.

When crews arrived in the 6400 block of Cheekwood Avenue, the house was in flames.

The fire was put out and a 3-year-old girl was taken to LeBonheur Children's Hospital.

It was then the lab was discovered.

Investigators say the fire was caused by the meth lab, which was located in the attic.

The girl will be OK.

Meth labs have become an increasing danger for first responders.
