Sweet Potato Casserole

Sonia's Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes, peeled
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350F, Spray 2 quart baking dish with pan spray . In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, brown sugar, eggs, butter and milk. Mix well. Stir in the salt and vanilla. Spread evenly over the prepared pan. In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients . Mix well. Sprinkle over the filling. Bake until golden, about 30 to 40 minutes .
