Make Crab Cakes at Home!
Wadfords Homemade Crabcakes
Mix together into patties:
8 oz fresh crabmeat
3 oz. mayonnaise
2 oz. old bay seasoning
3 tablespoons small diced bell pepper
1 tablespoon small diced celery
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste
Coat with Panko crumbs.
Fry in butter & olive oil, 1 1/2 minutes each side, flip a couple of times.
