(Memphis) Twenty-five-year-old Carlasta Curry is behind bars on a slew of serious charges after being indicted earlier this week.

Curry is charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated rape, aggravated arson, burglary and especially aggravated kidnapping.

According to the indictment on May 20, 2012 Curry held a man a gunpoint and robbed him after breaking into a building.

The indictment goes on to say that Curry set a fire at the Value Place Inn and that he raped and robbed a woman at gunpoint.

“It makes you concerned. You never know what kind of people you have around especially when they stay in the house,” said Chaka Gray, who is Curry’s former neighbor.

Curry was arrested a month after the May incident and accused of holding a security guard at gun point and taking a safe from a hotel.

Curry is in jail without a bond. He is due in court in November.
