(Memphis) A suspect is now in custody for a shooting that injured three people in south Memphis Monday night.
32-year-old Mario Ward was arrested late Tuesday and charged with aggravated assault.
Police say witnesses identified Ward as the gunman who shot three people in a drive-by shooting at Farrington and Hollowell in south Memphis Monday evening.
Ward is due in court on Thursday.
Police are still looking for the gunman responsible for another shooting at the same location Sunday night.
