Man Shot After Whitehaven High School Football Game

(Memphis) A man was struck by a bullet when shots rang out after a football game at Whitehaven High School around 11:00 p.m. Saturday Night.

Shelby County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer, Sgt. M. Keaton told WREG Derrick Jackson, 21, was leaving the Whitehaven Classic Football Tournament when he was shot.

He was hit in the leg and taken to The MED in stable condition.

No arrests have been made.
