Seared Tuna Wontons Recipe
Begin with a cold 4oz of ahi tuna seasoned with salt, pepper, and creole seasoning.
Heat olive oil in medium size skillet over medium high.
Pan sear on all 4 sides to medium rare (30 seconds per side).
Set aside and let rest.
Meanwhile dice 2oz of roasted red bell pepper and 2oz avocado, then mix in 2oz blue cheese crumbles in mixing bowl.
Add 1T of olive oil, red wine vinegar and 1T of soy and mix lightly.
Cut tuna in five portions, place on wontons.
Spoon relish on top of each piece of tuna.
