Summer Berry Calfouti
2 cups milk
6 whole eggs
¾ cup sugar
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 oz melted butter
1 oz grand marnier
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla extract well, add milk and grand marnier, mix and scrape sides.
Add sifted flour and at last the melted butter.
Take baking dish and brush inside with butter, add berries on the bottom, pour mixture on top.
Bake in preheated oven until puffed up and set, cool little and dust with powdered sugar.
Can be served warm or room temperature.
