Man Driving Stolen Motorcycle Dies In Crash

(Memphis) A 29-year-old man was thrown from the stolen motorcycle he was driving when another vehicle turned into his path Monday morning.

A Mazda MVP Van, driven by 39-year-old Moylaye Osy, was traveling westbound on Winchester, then began turning left onto a private drive.

Kelvin Boyce was riding east on the Honda Motorcycle, which hit the right rear end of the Mazda, and was thrown from the motorcycle.

Osy was charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving, financial responsibility and driving without a driver’s license.

The motorcycle was reported stolen out of Marion, Ark.
