Suspect Pleads Guilty To Killing Wife Of High School Football Coach

(Union County, MS)  The man charged with killing the wife of a North Mississippi high school football coach pleaded guilty to murder Wednesday.

Craig Baker, 22, received a life sentence with the possibility of parole at the age of 65.

Baker shot and killed Amanda Price outside her Union County home in December of 2011.

Price’s husband, Ron, who was the football coach at New Albany High School, was shot in the shoulder.
