Three People Killed Within 3 Hours

(Memphis) Memphis police are investigating three separate homicides. They all happened within a 3-hour time period early Saturday morning.

Around 2:30 a.m., two men were shot at a house at 2341 Silver Cove.

One of the men died at the scene. The other was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

There are no suspects in the case.

Less than an hour later, police responded to a shooting at the McDonald’s at 1325 Ridgeway.

A 21-year-old  was shot and killed.

Police say the victim attempted to get into an SUV that was at the drive-thru window. Someone in the car shot the man.

No charges have been filed.

Just before 5:00 a.m., a 49-year-old woman was found shot to death while lying on the couch in her home at 887 Sumter.

Police say the victim was arguing with her husband when she was shot. 54-year-old Patrick Spencer has been charged with Second Degree Murder.
