Charges Against Bartlett Police Officer Dropped

(Update 7/10/2013) Charges against Quentin Crowley have been dropped. No reason was given for dismissing the charges.

Crowley does face several departmental violations from the incident.

(Bartlett) A Bartlett police office has been arrested for simple assault charges.

Quentin Crowley allegedly pushed his wife between midnight and 1 a.m. Sunday. She fell and hit her head on the hardwood floor.

An officer was dispatched to Methodist North at about 1 p.m. Sunday to speak with her. She stated she had a knot on the back of her head.

She told police the two were arguing about marital issues when her husband pushed her.
