(Little Rock, AR) A 22-year-old Little Rock man was found guilty of one count of sex trafficking by use of force, fraud, or coercion.

The federal jury deliberated for four-and-a-half hours in finding Jermaine Lamon Roy guilty.

Roy will be sentenced at a later date. He faces a statutory minimum of 15 years to life in the Bureau of Prisons.

Investigators with the FBI and Little Rock Police Department Vice Unit conducted a series of three undercover prostitution operations and learned about a pimp called Vegas operating out of Little Rock. They later determined that Roy was Vegas and arrested him.

The sex trafficking victim, family of the sex trafficking victim and another prostitute who worked for Roy testified that he often used force or threatened to use force to make the sex trafficking victim cooperate.
