(Memphis) A new study suggests more than half of the nation’s workforce considers itself overweight.

The top three jobs where workers put on the most pounds were administrative assistants, engineers and teachers or instructors.

Workers blame the weight gain on sitting at a desk for too long, eating due to on-the-job stress and eating out regularly.
