Memphis Taking Advantage of National Limelight

(Memphis) With the Memphis Grizzlies putting Memphis on the national stage the Memphis Convention and Visitors Bureau said they are taking advantage.

The CVB is already running commercials on Fox Sports South and providing video to networks to use during the games.

Regina Bearden from the CVB said this is an important time of year for tourist to exude on vacation locations and with Memphis in the spotlight the attention might draw more tourist here.

“Our city is one long commercial on television about how rabid our fans are and how it’s brought together every aspect of our city,” said CEO of Sullivan Branding Brian Sullivan. Sullivan said fans should keep doing what they are doing plus some.

“All of us on social media should use the hash tag ‘Believe Memphis’,” said Sullivan.

Sullivan Branding created “The Comeback” YouTube video to show great parts of our city.

He said Memphians should share the video and let everyone know what we have to offer.
