Tigers roll into C-USA final behind Crawford

Tulsa, OK-Tigers guard Chris Crawford knocked down a career-high eight three pointers on his way to a career-high 30 points to lead the University of Memphis to its third-straight Conference USA Championship game with an 85-74 win over host Tulsa. Crawford, the league’s sixth man of the year, had hit six threes the night before. Geron Johnson added 14 points and Shaq Goodwin scored 12 for the Tigers. Memphis guard Joe Jackson, the C-USA player of the year, was held scoreless for the first time this season. The Tigers, who are now 29-4, will play Southern Miss for the C-USA Tournament Championship and its automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.
