Woman Calls 911 for Ride Home from the Bar

(Clarksville, TN) A Tennessee woman is charged with calling 911 to get a ride home from a bar.

Police say 47-year-old Gladys McAllister told the 911 operator that she needed help to get home from a bar in Clarksville.

Dispatchers sent an officer to the bar to take to take a look.

Police say McAllister was unsteady on her feet, had slurred speech and watery eyes.

She got a ride to jail.
