(Memphis) Another move in the proposal to get wine sold in Tennessee grocery stores.

Today, the bill that would let voters decide the issue passed a house sub-committee and now moves to a full house committee.

People in favor say you should be able to pick up a bottle of wine when you go to the grocery store.

Those opposed say it would hurt small businesses because liquor store owners are limited to one location while grocery stores can buy in a larger volume.
