Hackers took over the Twitter account of the number two fast food chain in the world on Monday.

Burger King’s Twitter account said the company was sold to McDonald’s because the Whopper failed.

The hackers altered the logo on the page and changed the header image.

Burger King suspended its Twitter account and is working to get the site up and running again.

McDonald’s Twitter account offered support to Burger King.

The number one fast food chain also said it had nothing to do with the hacking.
