Memphis Police Officer Injured During Arrest

(Memphis) A Memphis police officer was injured during an arrest.

Investigators say the officer was trying to make a traffic stop when a male suspect jumped out of the car and ran.

Officers chased the suspect and after a short fight the suspect was taken into custody.

An ambulance was called to the scene and both the suspect and officer were treated on the scene.
