(Heber Springs, AR) Country music singer Mindy McCready was found dead at her home in Arkansas late Sunday.

The Sheriff of Cleburne County said McCready committed suicide after shooting.

Investigators say before killing herself, she shot and killer her dog on the front porch.

McCready attempted suicide twice before in 2005 and 2008.

It is the latest in a string of troubles for the star.

Last month, her longtime boyfriend was found dead of a gunshot wound. His death is thought to be a suicide, but it is still under investigation.

McCready had been in and out of rehab for treatment of addiction and mental health issues.

She is best known for her hits like “10,000 Angels” and “Guys Do it All the Time”.

She is survived by two children, including a 10-month old.

Mindy McCready was 37.
