(Memphis) A local company is getting some financial help so they can train workers.

Governor Bill Haslam and the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development have awarded Smith and Nephew $25,000 to train workers for the high-quality jobs.

State officials say the grant also provides an incentive to employers looking to relocate or expand in Tennessee.
