Arkansas Abortion Bill

(Arkansas) A senate panel in Arkansas is reviewing legislation that would ban abortions at 20 weeks after the Republican lawmaker behind the bill says he adding exemptions for rape and incest.

The bill already includes exemptions for the life of the mother.

The committee is evenly split between Republicans and Democrats on the issue.
