Cindy Dodd from the Woodland Hills Event Center shares their recipe for Spring Rolls, as they prepare for the Generositea Party benefiting Le Bonheur.
1/2 head of nappa cabbage (chopped)
1/4 cup cilantro ( chopped)
2 small carrots (shredded)
1/2 small red onion (julienned)
2 T hoisin sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 t dark soy sauce
1 t siracha
Rice Papers Wrappers
Shrimp can be added
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Have a separate dish with water in it to soak the wrappers. After the wrappers begin to soften remove from water and lay flat. In the center place some of the mixture and place shrimp on top if you’re using it. Then fold over from the bottom. Fold in the sides and roll it.
