Vols Finally Get SEC Win

Knoxville, TN– Memphian Jarnell Stokes had a double double of 18 points and 11 rebounds as the Vols avoided their first 0-4 start in the SEC since 1994, beating Mississippi State 72-57.

Josh Richardson scored 16 and Jordan McRae added 12 as U-T handed the Bulldogs a second straight conference loss.

Jalen Steele led Mississippi State with 15 points.
