New Addition to TVA Board of Directors

(Memphis) A new addition to the Tennessee Valley Authority Board of Directors. Today

V. Lynn Evans was sworn in. She is the owner of V. Lynn Evans, CPA,

a certified public accounting and consulting firm that was established in 1993. Evans has

previously served on the board of commissioners for Memphis Light Gas and Water. She

currently serves on the boards of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis and the

Thomas W. Briggs Foundation. The Anguilla, Mississippi native graduated as class

valedictorian from Jackson State University.
