(Memphis) More help is on the way for victims of Hurricane Sandy who lost just about everything when the powerful storm pounded parts of the East Coast. The Mid-South Chapter of the American Red Cross is sending another volunteer to assist in New York to help with client casework. Paula Forrest will leave for New York Saturday and stay for several weeks. This is her third deployment to help hurricane victims in New York.
