(Memphis)  A Berclair woman and her son are now charged after a Memphis man was shot in the head Wednesday night.

Forty year-old Leslie Mann-Houston is charged with aggravated assault and is being held on $85,000 bond at the Shelby County Jail. During a court appearance on Friday, Mann-Houston did not post bond. She will remain in jail until her next court date on January 28th.

Mann’s son, 16-year-old Michael Magsig, is also charged with aggravated assault.

According to police, Mann-Houston and her husband, Stephen got into a fight Wednesday afternoon at their home in the 900 block of Estridge Drive.

At some point, police say Mann-Houston asked Magsig to get her gun.

Police say Magsig then shot his step-father, 58-year-old Stephen Houston in the head.

Houston is in critical condition.
